Prime BIG is the best Insurance agency I have ever done business with. They have covered my insurance needs for 10 years or more. They always make sure I have the coverage I need, and they make sure it is at the best price they can get. Additionally, they don't recommend policies that I don't need, and I truly appreciate that. I trust this company and everyone who works there. They are all competent, friendly, responsive, and excellent at what they do. I spent a week trying to find the right insurance for my business. We are opening up a shop with both coffee and clothing and it required more work than I originally thought. But after finding Prime Business Insurance Group and talking with Chris (the President) I knew I was in good hands. He took the time to listen to me, made sure he understood my business and could actual deliver on a policy that would work for me. He did just that and it has been great ever since he found the right provider for me. His Account Manager Elizabeth is on top of it and handles emails and inquiries right away. Top notch service, I am very happy!
