Full time, part time, salary, hourly, bonus, commission.  All options are available and compensation is negotiable.

Bilingual is a plus, so please note which languages.

Employees absolutely need to be proactive, self-sufficient and be able to work independently without micro-management.

Account Managers will develop relationships with policyholders and take care of their requests. This involves learning all aspects of running an agency.
